The Forgotten Realms is a Dungeons and Dragons RPG campaign setting (AKA The Realms) where the planet Toril exists, inhabited by humans, dwarves, elves, goblins, orcs, and other creatures. This world bares resemblance to 13th or 14th century pre-industrial Earth - however, the presence of magic provides an additional power to societies! Forgotten Realms centers on Faerûn, a sub-continent in the northern hemisphere of Tori.
